Nigellas Cranberry bread pudding
The sauce on top is creme anglaise. I let it boil by accident so it curdled :(
I hate to toot my own horn (lol, I think this is the first time I am using that phrase) but this dessert is pretty fucking good. And you should try it.

Has anyone ever finished? I only got up to level 25, but that was back in 2006 and I did it with a bunch of help. I’m trying it again but I couldn’t even get past level 3 without searching the forums lol

Chorizo Stuffed Dates
This dish is inspired by Avecs Bacon Wrapped Dates (http://chicago.timeout.com/articles/restaurants-bars/72532/avecas-bacon-wrapped-dates), but I didn’t exactly follow their recipe. What I did:
Took ~30 pitted dates, sliced them open, stuffed with chorizo and baked at 350 for 20 minutes. In the meanwhile, I chopped a medium-sized onion and minced two cloves of garlic. I sauteed them...
